The project for Evertherm is a new construction project with 92 rental apartments financed with investment support and 62 social housing, in the new area Älvdansen in Enköping. Social housing is a form of intermediate housing with high availability. Newly produced rental apartments built with investment support provide attractive rents. Occupancy will take place in 2023.
To achieve the high demands to get under 42kWh/sqm, this year Lindbäcks Bygg has used Evertherm SEW in several projects where they come down below these levels by a good margin.
Here we are estimated to recycle more than 94% of the energy with the potential to deliver 290 MWh per year. Due to the ground conditions, it was best to use our indoor modules that are placed in the substation.
