Studies have shown that Evertherm is one of the most cost-effective measures for saving building energy, not only in energy renovation but also in new production. Due to the high energy savings, maintenance-free design, and a long service life, few other measures are able achieve similar levels of cost efficiency.

Ecoclime’s Evertherm systems can recover at least 90% of the available energy in the wastewater. This is possible thanks to the unique combination of collector tanks, energy collectors using a patented polymer heat exchanger and anadvanced control system. No other system on the market offers the same degree of recoverability. Furthermore, the system is essentially maintenance-free.
The solution is integrated with an automated control system that ensures safe operation and maximum energy recovery. Reliability is always at the centre, and that is why pumps and other critical features are monitored in real time. Fluid levels, temperatures and operation time is continuously logged for realt-time and follow-up analysis.

Because an Evertherm system has a high coefficient of performance (COP), building energy needs will be satisfied with a relatively low amount of purchased energy. When project planning, the amount of energy that is returned to the energy system for heating and hot water preparation is simulated. This will generate a guaranteed minimum level of energy recovery. Following commissioning, results are followed-up in real time.
The technology has been tested and verified in several installations since 2014 (see references). The design of the system means that there is a minimum need for maintenance, with operations monitored in real-time to ensure optimal function and energy recovery.
One challenge with solar pannels is that the sun does not always shine at its strongest when the building is in the greatest need of electricity. To compensate for this, you will need to purchase electricity when it most expensive, and then sell your surplus cheaply. This hurts net operating results and diminishes the utility of solar panels.
An Evertherm system will function as an energy store, which means that the heat pump is optimized to work when there is sufficient solar energy available. In this way, you can achieve almost the same amount of utilisation of the solar cells as with battery storage, but at half the cost, thus levelising the cost of electricity (LCoE). This also reduces the peak effect of the power/district heating system.
An Evertherm system can be purchased either as a product delivery, system delivery or as a turn-key contract. For a turn-key contract, we will provide a warranty on the efficiency gains. Delivery will be carried out in accordance with the model below.

Ecoclime engages the client in discussion regarding the dimensioning of the Evertherm system. Based on a number of key parameters, we will provide feedback on optimal system design. If necessary, we will conduct energy mapping.

In the next phase, a project engineer will integrate the Evertherm system in the building plan. Evertherm will assist with expertise regarding correct placement, site preparation, etc.

Through the company’s installation resources and those of its partners, Evertherm offers the installation of our system solutions. We coordinate the installation work with the customer’s contractors for an efficient installation. We cooperate with local partners and subcontractors for efficient installation and local presence.

Evertherm’s system solutions offer a high level of operational safety with minimal maintenance needs. If a service agreement is signed, Evertherm will undertake to perform an annual inspection and carry out maintenance. Otherwise, we are available to offer advice and support to the user.
