The company is building two properties with a total of 115 student apartments at Sockenplan in Enskede. The new homes are part of the city&#8217;s drive to build 140,000 new homes by 2030.<\/p>\n<h2>Holistic thinking about climate-smart living<\/h2>\n<p>Stockholmshem wants to make it easier to live climate smart and build sustainable houses for future generations. For example, the courtyard is designed with a focus on biodiversity, with plants that pollinators \u2013 bees, butterflies, bumblebees \u2013 like. They also choose to install Evertherm SEW, as it is a cost-effective solution to meet the energy and climate requirements of the properties.<\/p>\n<h2>Meets tough energy and climate requirements<\/h2>\n<p>In the current project, Evertherm is estimated to reduce the amount of purchased energy by more than 23 kWh\/m\u00b2 per year.
