Newly produced rental apartments built with investment support provide attractive rents. Occupancy will take place in 2023.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve the high demands to get under 42kWh\/sqm, this year Lindb\u00e4cks Bygg has used Evertherm SEW in several projects where they come down below these levels by a good margin.<\/p>\n<p>Here we are estimated to recycle more than 94% of the energy with the potential to deliver 290 MWh per year.
